The White Tigress Teachings is a pseudo-taoist group that claims to teach women how to look younger, lose weight and have good health all by using "ancient Asian sexual techniques". One of their teachings is to put semen on your face. Everything about this groups reads as if it is a front for some weird sex cult. They also sell some sort of drug that they claim will reduce your menstrual flow and help you lose weight. of course, this drug is not FDA approved or tested but that won't stop the White Tigress Teachings from making unfounded claims anyway.
When I say that this group is a secret sex cult that teaches women to have sex with random strangers, I really mean it. Just check out this review on amazon or this review on goodreads. Women are encouraged to perform oral sex on men (and to act like teenagers while doing so) to regain their "yang" or balance. In a strange twist of things, a woman actually loses energy and "yin" whenever she has sexual intercourse with a man. Be sexually free but not too sexually free.

Where does the semen come from? White Tigress Teachings encourages women to have sex with anyone, even total strangers, because it will help them achieve spiritual enlightenment and physical beauty. Sexual Transmitted Infection (STI) or Disease (STD) are a huge concern when it comes to sex and the risk of getting an STI increases the more you have sex and especially when you have sex with a stranger. The spread of most STIs can be prevented with a condom, but it is the fact that White Tigress Teachings encourages women to smear semen over their faces that the the problem here. This is not safe and is encouraging practices that could lead to an infection or disease. The White Tigress group wants you to believe that by smearing semen on your face, neck and breast you will look younger and even lose weight. If semen really could do that then we would all already know about it.
If you google around, you'll find some news articles about the benefits of semen facials for anti-aging and rejuvenating affects on the skin. There really does not seem to be any truth behind these claims though. But even if there was some truth in these claims you can get the same or even better effects with creams that do not contain random human semen that could possibly carry an STI.
If we are going to start reviving supposed ancient practices of rubbing semen on our faces, then maybe we should start killing virgins and bathing in their blood too.
The semen advice is hilarious but something that is not funny are the products being sold by the White Tigress group. On their official website you can by some pills for reduce your $40 that will reduce your menstrual flow and help you lose weight. Of course, this drug is not FDA approved or tested but that won't stop the White Tigress Teachings from making unfounded claims anyway. I wouldn't be surprised if there was semen in these pills.
The diet pill business is very, very shady. I've heard stories of people who have brought diet pills despite warnings of very dangerous side effects. I've seen people harmful sell pills and dangerous pro-ana diet plans online for ridiculous prices without a second thought. Dying or suffering long term health problems is not worth it! I say this as a fat woman who has tried diet pills and knows what it is like to feel so low because of her weight.
I wouldn't trust any type of "diet pill" not approved by the FDA or not given to you by a doctor. Even then, a doctor is probably going to set you up with a nutritionist and tell you to get on a diet and exercise plan not pills because magic diet pills do not exist.
Aside from a book (which I will read if I can get my hands on a copy) and a few positive internet posts, there does not seem to be a whole lot of information on the White Tigresses online. Still, from all the sexual talk, encouraging women to give strangers blow-jobs or hand-jobs for spiritual and weight lost reasons, and selling some type of sexual enhancing diet pills I feel safe labeling this group as one to beware of.
